Advertising & affiliate disclosure
StandbyFL (StandbyFL) is an independent directory of standby / whole-home generator installers, starting in Florida. This page explains how we may earn money and how we handle listings.
How we may earn money
- Featured listings: Installers may pay for highlighted placement. Featured spots will be clearly labeled.
- Lead introductions: We may charge installers when we introduce a homeowner who requested quotes.
- Affiliate links: If we later add product or financing affiliate links, we will mark them and update this page.
What we do not do
- We do not invent customer reviews or star ratings.
- We do not list businesses we have not verified against a public company website or Generac dealer page.
- We are not the manufacturer and we do not install generators ourselves.
Verification
Each listing includes a source URL pointing to the public page we used (company site or Generac dealer locator page). Addresses and phones come from those pages. If a business cannot be verified, we leave it out.
